A planned 1,000-home community will add another residential village to southeastern Lakewood Ranch, according to PulteGroup’s June 10 announcement.
The builder said it had closed on 464 acres for EverCreek, with plans for 850 single-family homes and 150 townhomes. The announcement identifies access through Fruitville Road and University Parkway.
What the plan includes
Pulte outlined an eight-acre lakeside amenity area with a pool, lazy river, clubhouse and fitness center. Other planned features include pickleball courts, a dog park, a playground and an event lawn.
Nearly three miles of trails are intended to connect with Lakewood Ranch’s wider trail system, according to the announcement.
What remains to be announced
The June release said home designs and pricing would follow. It did not provide an opening date. Residents should distinguish the announced plans from completed facilities or homes available to occupy.
For prospective buyers and neighbors tracking growth, the next useful details are the builder’s sales timetable and updated project information.
